What are your business hours?

We operate from 7:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

How much do you charge?

$130 + GST for the first hour and $89.95 + GST per hour for every hour following. Travel outside of Christchurch will incur an additional charge. Call-outs outside of 7 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Additional charges may apply for services on public holidays $300 + GST for the first hour, $120.00 + GST per hour for every hour following.

We have a full range of payment facilities including cash, bank transfer, EFTPOS & MasterCard

What electrical services do you offer?

We offer a full range of residential and light commercial electrical services across Christchurch. This includes switchboard upgrades, heat pump installations, lighting and power point installs, EV charger setups, appliance wiring, safety inspections, smart-home systems, and fault finding or rewiring. Whether you’re renovating, building new, or just need something fixed, we’ve got you covered.

Do I need an electrician to install a heat pump or oven?

Yes. In New Zealand, any electrical connection or disconnection of appliances like heat pumps, ovens, and cooktops must be done by a licensed electrician to meet safety regulations.

When should I upgrade my switchboard?

If your switchboard is old (uses fuses or lacks RCD protection), trips frequently, or struggles with newer appliances, it may need an upgrade. Modern switchboards are safer and allow for future installs like EV chargers or solar.

Can you install EV chargers at home?

Absolutely. We install dedicated EV charging stations for homes and businesses, ensuring fast, safe charging that meets NZ regulations and doesn’t overload your current electrical system.
